La perfezione si ha solo tramite un'attenta selezione, questo è il motivo per cui raccogliamo queste uve solo ed esclusivamente a mano.
Here we are! The most exciting moment of the year has eventually arrived! And- as every year- we start with the chardonnay grapes for both our Orvieto Classico Superiore #Panata and for our #Spumante. Perfection is the result of an accurate selection and this is the reason why we harvest our grapes totally by hands!
